As part of the irrigation program for agricultural lands designated for cultivating crops, the following objects were constructed by the “Baku Insaat Layihe” company in the Bilasuvar, Fizuli, Beylagan, and Agjabedi districts:
17 pumping stations;
12 water reservoirs with capacities ranging from 1,000 to 6,000 cubic meters;
Pipeline systems with a total length of 1,398 km, including:
Pressure water pipeline: Steel pipes with diameters from 159 mm to 1,020 mm, with a length of 682 km;
Distribution network: Steel pipes with diameters from 720 mm to 820 mm, with a length of 628 km;
PVC pipes with diameters from 110 mm to 400 mm, with a length of 735 km;
Composite pipes with diameters from 500 mm to 800 mm, with a total length of 64 km.
The external power supply of the pumping stations was provided by constructing a 10 kV power line with a length of 529 km and 9 substations (10/6/04 kV; 10/6 kV; 10/04 kV).
